- Customer privacy is a priority and all personal details are kept confidential.
- Replacements or refunds will be given on faulty products however, notification must be received within three days of delivery and any faulty goods must be returned by customer prior to replacement or refund being issued.
- Free delivery is available to most metropolitan areas. For country and outback towns a freight charge may apply.
- All orders are dispatched within 48 hours, unless otherwise advised.
- While all care is taken to ensure efficient delivery, some delays can occur with freight or postage companies which are out of our control.
